Recruitment process fee
Fee for recruitment procedure is mandatory and amounts to PLN 85.
The fee must be paid within two business days from registering in the system.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates applying for admission to more than one field of study are required to pay the application fee multiple times, depending on the number of fields of study selected.
When submitting documents in the recruitment process, proof of payment for the recruitment procedure to the University's account must be attached.

ID card fee
Based on art. 74 section 4b of the Act of 20 July 2018 - The Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and the Announcement of the Minister of Digital Affairs of May 28, 2025 regarding determining the date of implementation of technical solutions enabling the provision of a student ID card in the form of a mobile document, referred to in Art. 2 point 7 of the Act of 26 May 2023 on the mObywatel application
Every student can download a free mLegitymacja (mLegitymacja) card in the mObywatel app. Candidates who wish to have a printed electronic student ID (ELS) must submit an application for an ELS along with proof of payment for the printed ID card when submitting their application documents.
Fee for ID card printed is 22 PLN

A candidate who applies for admission to more than one field of study makes only one payment for a student ID card because only one document can be received.

The university does not have a cash register for cash payments.
– All candidates who received an electronic MUP student ID in previous years Oświęcim, are obliged to inform about this fact during the recruitment process (tel. no. 33 842 98 13)
– Applicants with an old student ID card issued after 2023 that can be activated will be exempt from paying the fee for a new ID card.
– If the old ID card has been lost or destroyed, this information is necessary for the University, because printing a new ID card is only possible after deactivating the previous ID card.

Full-time studies are free!
Account number for payments for education is given in the individual student account in the system USOS.
From the academic year 2026/2027 the following fees are established for one semester of education: for part-time students:
- in the field of dietetics, first-cycle studies – PLN 3500
- in the field of emergency medical services, first-cycle studies – PLN 3700
- in the field of resocialization pedagogy, first-cycle studies – PLN 2900
- in the field of internal security, first-cycle studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of finance and accounting, first-cycle studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of public administration and social communication, first-cycle studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of management, first-cycle studies – PLN 2900
- in the field of mechatronics, engineering studies – PLN 3100
- in the field of renewable energy and energy management, engineering studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of management and production engineering, engineering studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of computer science, engineering studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of nursing, second-cycle studies – PLN 3600
- in the field of management and production engineering, second-cycle studies – PLN 3000
- in the field of internal security, second-cycle studies – PLN 3000

Order 31-2026 regarding tuition fees for part-time studies from 2026/2027
Payment by installments
Tuition fees for one semester may be paid by the student in installments, payable within the following deadlines:
- for the winter semester:
– the first installment of 3/5 of the fee for a given semester is payable by October 15 of the given academic year
– the second installment of 2/5 of the fee for a given semester, payable by January 15 of the given academic year - for the summer semester:
– the first installment of ½ of the fee for a given semester is payable by March 15 of the given academic year
– the second installment of ½ of the fee for a given semester, payable by May 15 of the given academic year. - In justified cases, instalment payments for repeating a course may be made at the student’s request with the Rector’s consent after consulting the Director for Economic and Financial Affairs.
- A different instalment payment arrangement is possible in justified cases at the student’s request with the Rector’s consent after consulting the Director for Economic and Financial Affairs.
Tuition fees for foreigners
A foreigner undertaking studies under terms other than those applicable to a Polish citizen (details here) in the first year of first-cycle, second-cycle and uniform master's studies from the academic year 2026/2027 on a fee-paying basis, is obliged to pay the tuition fee:
- in the field of dietetics, first-cycle studies – PLN 6000
- in the field of nursing, first-cycle studies – PLN 8000
- in the field of English Philology, first-cycle studies – PLN 5500
- in the field of physical education, first-cycle studies – PLN 5700
- in the field of emergency medical services, first-cycle studies – PLN 7200
- in the field of resocialization pedagogy, first-cycle studies – PLN 5200
- in the field of public administration and social communication, first-cycle studies – PLN 5200
- in the field of finance and accounting, first-cycle studies – PLN 5200
