Procedure

A person may be admitted to a specific field of study and level as a result of confirming learning outcomes. The Director of the Institute at the request of the student, submitted no later than 14 days from the start of the semester, issues a decision on the crediting of course modules recognized in the process of verifying learning outcomes and gives consent to an individual study plan, appointing a research supervisor from among academic teachers with a doctoral degree.
For completed course modules recognized through the confirmation of learning outcomes, the student receives the number of ECTS points assigned to these classes, in total no more than 50% of ECTS points assigned to a given study program, specific level and profile of studies.
The Director of the Institute approves the individual study plan established by the academic supervisor and the student within the framework of the study program in a specific field, level and profile of study.
A student admitted to a specific field, level and profile is included in the regular mode of study and participates in classes together with students of a given field of study.
The completed course modules as a result of confirming learning outcomes are documented in the documentation of the course of studies and entered "passed".
To the average grade from studies classes passed in the mode of confirming learning outcomes are not included. The completed course modules as a result of the confirmation of learning outcomes are detailed in the diploma supplement.
