STEP 1

Registration in the IRK system – Online Recruitment of Candidates

  • create an account – enter your email address and password (the email address is your login to your IRK account);
  • activate your account – you will receive an email with an activation link at the email address provided when creating your account;
  • fill in the required data – My Account / Personal Forms tab;
  • attach a photo – the photo should meet the requirements for an ID card (the same photo printed from the photographer should be brought with the documents); the link below contains information on photo requirements:

If you encounter any difficulties uploading your photo, please come to the University and a member of staff will assist you in uploading it correctly. Please note that your photo must be approved in the IRK system before your application for admission to studies is announced.

Remember to fill out all tabs!

If you don't yet have your final exam results or your final exam defense for second-cycle programs, entering the year you earned your final exam or defense will allow you to choose your field of study and enroll in the appropriate program. However, it's necessary to provide the missing information before submitting your documents. You can complete the Education tab using the "Add document" option. Once confirmed, click "Edit exam results" and enter the results.

ONLY THE RESULTS FROM THE WRITTEN EXAMS SHOULD BE ENTERED.

When enrolling in second-cycle studies, if the system asks about your secondary education, select the type of secondary school leaving exam you took, but do not enter your secondary school leaving exam results. Second-cycle studies require secondary school leaving exam results.


STEP 2

Pay the recruitment fee of PLN 85 within two days of registering in the recruitment system (IRK).

People who do not make a payment they will not stay included in the recruitment process.

In the transfer title, please enter: type of payment, name and surname of the candidate, field of study, level of study (first-cycle, second-cycle or uniform master's studies) and form of study (full-time, part-time).

Final confirmation of enrollment in studies will be made after submitting the required documents and paying the required fee.


STEP 3

Make documents at the University.

You can check the deadlines for submitting documents here.

The complete set of documents should be submitted to the Student Affairs Office, Colegium Primium building, room 114 or 213.

After the second round of recruitment, if the number of places set by the Senate is not met, the Rector may decide to conduct additional recruitment.

Information on the detailed rules for calculating the results of the Matura exam can be found here here.

People who passed the "new high school leaving exam in the years 2005 - 2026 at the basic level, they receive a number of points in these examination subjects equal to the number of the result obtained (percentage).

People who passed the "new high school leaving exam in the years 2005 – 2026 at an advanced level, receive a number of points in these examination subjects equal to the number of the result obtained (percentage) plus additional points, according to the following rule:

100% – 80% – 50 points
79% – 60% – 40 points
59% – 40% – 30 points
39% – 30% – 20 points

People who took the "new Matura" at the advanced level in the years 2005 - 2026 enter the result obtained in the registration form, regardless of the exam level; additional points according to the above-mentioned rule, in the case of passing the exam at the advanced level, are calculated automatically.

For high school graduates with the so-called "old high school leaving examination" – taken before 2005, the following point conversion rates apply:

perfect 100 points
very good 85 points
good 70 points
satisfactory 50 points
allowing 30 points

People who took the "old Matura" before 2005 enter their result in the registration form – the grade, points according to the above-mentioned principle, are calculated automatically.


In case of registration for second-cycle studies - enter the grade obtained on the first-cycle diploma and the average grade from the course of studies from the supplementIf the system asks about your secondary education, select the type of secondary school leaving exam you took, but do not enter your secondary school leaving exam results. Secondary school leaving exam results are not required for admission to second-cycle studies.
